We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, and photographs accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and individual stones may cause minor differences in appearance.

Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Product photographs and descriptions do not constitute an independent appraisal or investment valuation.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry requires appropriate care. Exposure to moisture, chemicals, cosmetics, fragrance, impact, pulling, improper cleaning, or improper storage may damage jewelry or shorten the life of its finish.

Damage resulting from use or care inconsistent with provided instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

The Iced by 1heart name, branding, product photography, graphics, website copy, product descriptions, designs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Iced by 1heart and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Customer Content and Reviews

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Iced by 1heart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law and any permissions presented when the content is collected.

Third-Party Services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and service providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
